Objects for Which the Organization is Established
- To aid in the recovery of bail funds and legal costs for individuals who have been acquitted or completed their sentences.
- To mobilize and distribute socio-economic resources to support the welfare and self-sufficiency of ex-convicts.
- To provide apprenticeship programs and vocational training that empower ex-convicts with practical, employable skills.
- To educate and sensitize communities on the positive potential of reformation resulting from imprisonment, fostering acceptance and understanding.
- To collaborate with government institutions and parastatal bodies in the effective rehabilitation and reintegration of ex-convicts.
- To encourage both communities and ex-convicts to uphold the rule of law and become responsible, law-abiding citizens.
- To facilitate the reintegration of former inmates into the communities they belonged to prior to incarceration, promoting social harmony and acceptance.
- To provide education in income-generating activities for ex-convicts, enhancing their economic independence and reducing recidivism.
- To raise awareness on human rights and the legal protections available under the law, promoting justice and equality.
- To advocate for the rights and fair treatment of ex-convicts, ensuring they are not marginalized or discriminated against due to their past.
